We explain. We do not prescribe. When you are ready to act, Aegis handles the execution. The decisions are yours.

Aegis is an informational and execution platform operated by Senter BV. It is not an investment adviser, broker, dealer, portfolio manager, or financial institution. Senter BV does not hold a CASP licence under the EU Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCA) and does not provide regulated investment advice or advice on crypto-assets under MiCA Article 3(1)(a) or MiFID II.
Nothing on this platform constitutes a personal recommendation to buy, sell, hold, or otherwise transact in any asset.
Everything Aegis surfaces — market overviews, portfolio analytics, risk scores, concentration views, drawdown analysis, scenario commentary — is information. Not instruction.
Aegis explains. Aegis contextualises. Aegis structures Orders that you choose to place. Aegis never tells you what to do with your money.
You are responsible for your investment decisions. If you want personal advice, engage an authorised financial adviser in your jurisdiction.
Aegis is self-custodial. Your funds remain in your wallet at all times. Senter BV never holds, controls, or has access to your private keys or assets.
The security of your wallet, your recovery method, and the device you use is your responsibility. Loss of access is final. There is no recovery on our end.
On-chain execution relies on smart contracts. Smart contracts can contain bugs, be exploited, behave unexpectedly under network stress, or be affected by third-party protocol failures. Audits reduce — but do not eliminate — this risk. By using Aegis you accept that on-chain execution carries irreducible technical risk.
Crypto-asset and tokenised-asset prices are volatile and can fall sharply or to zero. Liquidity may evaporate. Slippage may be material. Past price action does not predict future price action. You may lose some or all of the capital you deploy.
Limit and conditional Orders on Aegis use ERC-7710 signed delegations. When you authorise an Order, you sign a cryptographically bounded delegation that permits exactly the action described — a specific asset, amount, condition, and expiry. The execution layer cannot exceed those bounds.
Review every delegation before signing. Once active and conditions are met, it executes — no further action required from you, and none possible from us. Execution is final.
Revoke active delegations at any time from your dashboard. Revocation is an on-chain action and only affects future executions.
The Aegis agent uses large language models. Its output can be incomplete, out of date, or wrong. Numerical estimates, risk views, and contextual commentary should be verified against independent sources before you act. The agent is a tool to help you think — not a substitute for thinking.
We make no promises about returns or outcomes. Figures, ranges, and scenarios are illustrative — not forecasts. Past performance tells you what happened. Nothing more.
On-chain transactions likely have tax consequences in your country of residence. We do not provide tax advice. Speak to a qualified tax professional.
Aegis is not directed at residents of jurisdictions where the service is restricted, sanctioned, or prohibited. If that describes you, do not use the platform. Compliance with your local laws is your responsibility.
Using Aegis means you have read this, understood the risks, and are acting on your own judgment. If anything here is unclear, do not use the platform until it is not.
